Calling Vendors & Performers
16 May, 2026
Our much-loved Picnic on the Pitch is back, and we’re inviting local traders, creatives, community groups, and performers to be part of one of Treeton’s biggest days of the year!
- Sunday 19th July 2026
- 12pm – 6pm
- Treeton Cricket & Football Club
This fantastic community event is packed with entertainment, activities, and family fun and we’d love you to join us.
Vendors, Craft & Other Stalls
We’re welcoming a wide variety of outdoor stalls, including:
- Crafts
- Gifts
- Activities
- Charities
- Local organisations
- And more!
All stalls are outdoors, so vendors will need to provide their own gazebo and equipment.
Whether you’re a seasoned trader, a hobbyist, or a local group looking to raise awareness, we’d love to hear from you.
Performers & Arena Acts
Our grass performance arena is the heart of the day’s entertainment, and we’re looking for:
- Singers, Bands & Entertainers
- Dance or Cheer groups
- Martial Arts displays
- Demonstrations
- Youth Sports/Activities
- And other acts!
Perform in our grass arena with up to a 30-minute voluntary slot, but be quick, spaces are limited!
All acts are welcome, and performers are encouraged to host a stall to showcase what they do.
Let’s make Picnic on the Pitch 2026 bigger, brighter & more fun than ever!
Picnic on the Pitch is all about bringing Treeton together, supporting local talent, celebrating creativity, and creating a brilliant day for residents of all ages.
