Councillor Wendy Parker-Foers

Chairman

I was born in Treeton and my family has lived in the village for many generations. I care deeply about our community and its long and proud history. I believe that decisions about Treeton’s future should always reflect what is best for the village and its residents, especially at a time when there are increasing external pressures that can affect its unique and historic character.

I am a founding member of the Friends of St Helen’s Heritage Trust, which works to support the preservation of our much-valued Grade I listed church and an important part of Treeton’s heritage and identity.

During my career I worked in both the private and public healthcare sectors, holding a number of management positions and later serving as a Human Resources Director in the NHS. Now retired, I am pleased to be able to devote some of my time and experience to Parish Council work.

My wish is to make a positive and practical contribution towards improving the village environment and supporting the wellbeing of local residents.
